Grating

Pultruded grating is a grating system fabricated from individual pultruded profiles to create a high structural performance grating. This grating can be made up in custom panels to suit an installation.

GRP Solid Flooring

GRP Solid Flooring is used for walkways across dangerous chemical environments, areas to be protected from external environments (electrical cable ducts etc) as well as walk-on odour control covers.

 

Main Characteristics

 

Two options

Solid Top Moulded Grating – standard moulded grating with a solid top
Pultruded Solid Flooring – 40mm thick x 500mm wide interlocking panel

Resin types
Solid top – ISO PE, Vinyl Ester and Phenolic
Pultruded panel – ISO PE and Vinyl Ester

Panel sizes
Solid Top  -  same as for Moulded Grating
Pultruded Panel – 500x 6000mm
